EL DEMO DE “JLF Virtualis Aula”
"Nothing
is more difficult to undertake nor more dangerous to drive than taking the
initiative of introducing a new order of things, because innovation is hampered
by the hostility of all those that the previous situation smiled at them and
finds only lukewarm defenders in those who will benefit with the new.one"
Niccolo Machiavelli
(1469 - 1527),
(1469 - 1527),
Italian Renaissance thinker.
WHY DO A DEMO OF THE "JLF Virtualis Aula" VIRTUAL TRAINING SYSTEM?
This is
a very interesting question because although it seems very obvious, it is not
so. Innovation has a high price in terms of effort, experimentation and
patience, to achieve a viable and compelling prototyped product or service; that
does what it should do or what it is expected to do. Then the reach of the
prototype must be spread to the early innovators (People who dare to take the
risk to try the novelties) in order for them adopt it. Unfortunately, this
group is part of one end of the Gauss Bell Curve, so that their number is very
small. With time and effort and the help of “word of mouth”, more people accept
the innovation that will finally be replaced by other innovations in the
future, thus ensuring the evolution of humanity. For now I can say I have an
acceptable prototype of a functional and effective virtual classroom, so now
the issue is to spread this prototype under the name of "JLF Virtualis Aula".
The name comes from two Latin words whose origin became the modern words in
almost every language, the "JLF" are the initials of my name to
differentiate my prototype of what's on the market and that every one has the right
to use these two universal words, in their different forms.
"You can qualify a superior man, who first put his ideas into practice, and then preach to others what he already does"
Confucius (551 B.C.- 479 BC), renowned
Chinese thinker.
Now I have to spread this prototype and that's why I found the most suitable way creating this blog with information about the "JLF Virtualis Aula" and since my specialties have led me to become an expert in marketing, sales, financial products and services development, Customer relations, financial education, microfinance, savings mobilization, to increase loans demand and generally all activities that allow people to know and appreciate the offers of the Social Financial Institutions to improve their quality of life, through more effective use and protection to their money. It was very natural to do a short course (DEMO) to present these issues, calling it: DEMO: "A Short Course on Marketing for Promoting Financial Products and Services", which I imparted in occasional cycles, for free and without any commitment on the part of the attendees, any interested party can be attended completely or partially with a desktop computer (With or without microphone), a Notebook (Laptop) a Tablet or an Smartphone (The last two with a free APP for Apple® or Android®) The DEMO lasts 3 and a half hours, it occupies a half a day, attendees do not need camera and the microphone is not indispensable to join, as attendees who do not have it can hear everything that is spoken in the classroom, both by the Professor and by the other attendees and participate using the Chat that is shared simultaneously by all present.
ECONOMIC AND TIME ADVANTAGES OF THE "JLF Virtualis Aula"
The
main difficulty of the Social Financial Institutions is to find a balance
between the social and the financial, to ensure their sustainability and at the
same time to grow to meet their social work, providing financial support to the
sectors most in need. But in the end, as for any other enterprise, it is not difficult to produce, what is hard
is to get people to buy the financial products and services they offer, in a
market of intense competition with other financial institutions, for which
is essential to master the aforementioned issues, to ensure sustainability and
a uniform and systematic growth of their portfolios, in order to meet their social
objectives.
Traditionally, the technical training of the Social Financial Institutions with international experts was carried out in physical classroom courses, in which the world’s experts traveled to the country to teach the courses and these costs were covered by funds from international technical cooperation. However, this source of funding has been drying in the extent to which the countries that supplied funds have had to reduce their spending. This reduction means that the Social Financial Institutions now need to assume directly the cost of this training, which was previously subsidized and being too high the costs of the physical classroom version, many of these institutions can not assume it directly today.

Furthermore,
the attendance at the courses with the "JLF Virtualis Aula" in the
workplace of the attendees allows returning to work once each daily module ends,
making unnecessary the use of the leisure and resting time with the family to
train the staff and since attending the courses is done uses in a way that
ensures confidentiality of what they do and say during the classes, attention to
a class may be briefly interrupted to answer questions and do quick actions along
the course. After each class (2 classes a day) a period of questions and
answers is opened and at the end of each module attendees answer a short quiz
to assess their learning and conduct a workshop at the end of the course, to
consolidate their skills to apply in practice the knowledge gained to their
Social Financial Institution of what they have learned. Each course is designed
as a "custom-made" for each institution in each country.
CONCLUSIONS
The
"JLF Virtualis Aula" is a proven system that has been effective as a method
of training the employees of the Social Financial Institutions (Banks and
Microfinance Institutions (MFI) Credit Unions (CU) and Savings Banks (SB)
anywhere in the World, to provide them with the tools to interact more effectively
with their financial market in their countries, making these grow, become
stronger and ensure their sustainability with the access to the experience of a
world’s expert and at a very affordable cost.
